As the number of raids available in Exordion has grown, it became necessary to make their distribution more consistent and predictable. Today we are introducing the new Raid Cooldown System, a change that improves raid variety, reduces repetition, strengthens the server's economy, and establishes a solid foundation for future balancing and new content.
Client restart required to apply the updates.
🔸 Raid Cooldown System
Each raid now has its own individual cooldown.
Once completed, a raid will become unavailable until its cooldown expires, allowing for a more balanced distribution among all available raids.
With this change, we aim to provide:
- Greater variety of raids throughout gameplay.
- Less repetition of the same raids in sequence.
- More consistent and predictable boss appearances over time.
- Better balance in the flow of items entering the economy.
- Greater freedom to review rewards, create new raids, and expand the system in the future.
🔸 New Raid Module
A new button has been added to the main menu, allowing you to track all Exordion raids in real time.
Within the module, you will be able to:
- View all available raids.
- Filter between Rookgaard, Mainland, Normal Raids, and Boss Raids.
- Check the individual cooldown of each raid.
- See which raids are currently available.
- View the minimum level required for each raid to become available.
- Hover over a raid to view its city.
- Click on a raid to center its location directly on the minimap.
Available raids are automatically sorted in the list, making it easy to identify which content can currently be played.
🔸 What's Next
The new system also lays the groundwork for a series of improvements that will begin rolling out over the coming days.
These include:
- Reviewing the rewards of all Boss Raids.
- Individual loot balancing for each boss.
- Reviewing the server's automatic raids.
- Creating new raids and additional content.
Our goal is to make every raid more meaningful, ensuring that the best rewards remain valuable and that each boss has its own unique role in the server's progression.
🔸 Boss Raids
- Ghazbaran, the most powerful boss in Exordion, is now part of the Sacrifice boss rotation.
- Its raid will be unlocked once the server's Top Level reaches Level 500.
🔸 Daily Boss 200+
- The minimum battle duration against The Black Mire has been increased from 10 minutes to 15 minutes.
We thank everyone who continues to actively contribute to Exordion's development through suggestions, criticism, and feedback.
Sincerely, Exordion Team
